Canceling or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice as well as missed appointments will be subject to the following fee.
Grooming appointment $72
Stand-alone $10 nails/$20 soft paws

Bring your cat in an appropriately sized fully functional carrier, only 1 cat per carrier for safety reasons. Soft carriers (sherpa style) are fine for NON-AGGRESSIVE cats, aggressive cats should come in a hard carrier. NO TENT material carriers and OVERSIZED carriers are allowed.
We need cats to arrive in a carrier that is appropriate for their size, please ask if you have any questions about this please don’t hesitate to call or text 757-508-2277. To help with this, take your carrier out 24-48 hours before his/her appointment so that they will become accustomed to it being out and will not run and hide as soon as it is taken out, leaving you searching for your cat just before his/her appointment.
All cats will be assessed for determining temperament and grooming tolerance, we will then advise you on what services we feel will be best for your cat based on our evaluation as well as suggest a schedule that would work best for your cat based on our assessment. Special handling fees may apply for special needs, senior or aggressive cats.
Salon sanitation fees may apply if fleas or ringworm are discovered while at the salon to prevent cross contamination to our other clients.
Do not bring your cats with collars, please take them off prior to their appointment.
Dirty crate fees will apply if your cat arrives in a dirty crate, we do not want to put a clean cat back in a dirty crate. This does not include accidents kitties have on the way to the salon we understand some cats do not ride well and can get sick on the way to their appointment.,
Mat Removal and/or Pelt Removal:
Matting and Pelting are completely different conditions so these fees are assessed separately from one another. On occasion dematting fees may apply even when removing pelts on a cat because there is typically matting on the head, legs and tail that need to be removed so there would be 2 separate fees.
Mat Removal fees may also apply when doing a lion clip because clipping through matted fur shortens their life so our blades resulting in the need to be replaced/repaired more often when shaving matted and or pelted cats.
We will only perform this service once at the standard rate, if the cat comes in a second time with severe matting or pelting again these fees will be doubled from the first visit because mats and pelts are very painful as well as 100% preventable with maintenance grooming on a regular schedule.
Continuously performing Mat Removal/Pelt Removal is cruel and inhumane any cats who become matted/pelted after the second visit will be referred to a veterinarian for services.
ALL cats must have current rabies and FVRCP vaccinations with an image via text to 757-508-2277 sent prior to the appointment if possible. NO PDF’s please, PNG or JPG format only.
